I have a potion is the fridge so I can respec my character on the day I go and will be respecing to an encumbrance build. The base needs about 15 or 20 slots so that gives me 20 slots or so for those thing things. Grindy for me means scraps and eldarium almost exclusively. And I’m bringing as much of the grindy materials as I can fit after dissembling the base. That’s another 30 or so slots when you consider the named workers that go with. I’ve spent a lot of my extra materials creating high end benches, armor, and weapons, so the ones I have can continue working till the day I transfer.I’m bringing twenty T4 fighter/archer thralls and elite armor and weapons for them - that’s 140 slots.I dunno how others are preparing but for me: You can bring anything and everything you can fit in your character inventory (213 slots total). The basic rule makes it pretty simple to understand and should inform any preparation: Pop some popcorn, sit back and watch the slow train wreck.Īll the thralls you have set down will be gone.Īny thralls you have in chests or benches can be saved. Who’s the genius behind this lunacy? If Funcom thinks the playerbase is low now, just wait. This will be a total sh*tstorm when it hits social media. Yep, that’s more of Funcom’s “Equitable & Fair” policy in action. If my character dies, loses everything, he/she can ONLY spawn again at the noob spawn points…again, subject to being farmed…without anything to perhaps get everything back. Yeah, that sounds even more equitable and fair.ģ+ years on a server, many items that can’t be picked up and brought, items that can’t be replaced, gone. Should the established players of that server die, they simply lose only the items they are carrying. Should my character die, then my character loses everything. My character will be over encumbered AND as such will be using an Encumbrance build - a completely crippling build should I have to engage in immediate PvP. The more secure building locations will probably already be claimed. Yeah, that sounds totally equitable and fair, NOT. My character’s spawn location to the new server is also public knowledge. The date of said transfer is public knowledge. My character will be placed within an active established server. My character is limited to 200 slots of inventory. My character from a PVP server will be transferred to a server of Funcom’s choosing.
